Industrial rollerballs

Here you will find all kinds of industrial roller bearings and units

BALL BEARINGS

Single row radial ball bearings
It is one of the most widely used bearings. They are versatile, self-balancing bearings with solid outer rings, inner rings, and a combination of balls and spacers. Thanks to its low frictional torque, it is suitable for high speeds and very high speeds, and it is durable in use and easy to maintain.

TAPERED ROLLER BEARINGS

Tapered conical ball bearings
These bearings consist of four basic components: the outer ring, the inner ring, the spacers and the rollers.
It has a conical shape so that the bearing is able to bear the axial load and radial load acting in one direction and the spacer repels and supports the rollers.
Possibility of varying friction angles provides the best load as well as speed characteristics. Under normal conditions of use with a minimum load secured, the bearings themselves generate an axial load from the internal friction angle of the bearing.

SPHERICAL ROLLER BEARINGS

Single row tapered roller bearings are designed to handle combined loads, i.e. act on radial and axial loads at the same time.
The projecting lines of the passages meet at a common point on the bearing axis to provide true rotational motion and thus low frictional moments during operation.

DOUBLE ROW BALL BEARINGS

Self-balancing double ball bearings
It is used when there is difficulty in leveling the column with the hole and the column may be twisted.
The outer ring has a spherical shape, and its center of curve coincides with the center of the curve of the bearing; So the inner ring shaft, ball bearings and spacers may be slightly off center.

ANGULAR CONTACT BALL BEARINGS

Angular bearings
It has grooves in the ring between the inner and outer ring that are positioned relative to each other in the direction of the axis. This means that it is able to bear the load of any compound acting at the same time in the radial and axial directions. The greater the friction angle, the greater the bearing capacity of the radial bearings. Despite this, and in all cases, and for the proper functioning of her work, the load must be limited to a minimum. friction angle

CYLINDRICAL ROLLER BEARINGS

Cylindrical roller bearings
The vast majority of them are single-row bearings with spacers. Bearings with high bearing capacity, single and double rows without spacers.
Thanks to the linear contact between the moving body and the track, it has high radial bearing strength and is suitable for high speed applications. Together with the pressed steel spacer design, the majority of cylindrical roller bearings contain copper or polyamide material which provides low noise level and generates low heat. In complex applications various types of advanced and special materials can be offered.

THRUST BALL BEARINGS

Ball bearings
Able to withstand high axial load, although it should not be subjected to radial load.
The most common of the spherical trunnion bearings is the bearing bearing in one direction. During operation, these bearings are constantly under axial load. In order to overcome small initial imbalances, these bearings can be fitted with ball rings.

Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearing

Double row radial ball bearings
In terms of construction, they are similar to single-row radial bearings. They are bearings that bear high speeds and very high speeds, and they are used in cases of large loads, where single-row bearings are unable to bear this load. Two-row radial ball bearings are wider than single-row bearings with the same inner and outer diameter value, but they have greater bearing capacity.
